ONE CROWN..... ONE $2000 PRIZE..... ONE WINNER..... KELLY CARTWRIGHT!

In a massive evening of tension & controversy, our IdoL Top 5 performed LIVE to a packed house of

over 700 people. Round 1 saw our Top 5 belt out a tune to gauge the crowd's excitement & support of

their performances. Round 2 heated up as our Top 5 got into full swing in attempt to impress our idol

judges & aim to gather the most crowd support.

Round 3, the final round was an intense war to win the approval of the audience, it was clear by this

round that it was going to be a tough decision for the judges. The decision was then made, a controversial

showdown between 2 of our Top 5 was to take place. Katie Baldock VS Kelly Cartwright.

Commencing with a coin toss won by Katie Baldock, an all guns blazing heat, both contestants were going

hard to demand the approval of the audience. Performing first was Kelly Cartwright after Katie had won the

coin toss & selected to perform last. Kelly had an ocean of audience members in full support of her

performance, leaving Katie with some very big shoes to fill for her performance.

Katie hit the stage, with another big song, nailing the vocals, filling the auditorium with cheering and

approval. It was then time for the judges to decide who would win SS&A Star FM IdoL 2005.

The judges were back to announce the winner of SS&A IdoL 2005... In 2 short moments, the winners

name was to be announced. There was enough tension in the room you could cut it with a knife.
